For all enquiries — questions, feedback, bug reports, feature requests, advertising or partnership questions — the simplest and fastest way to reach us is by email. Please include as much detail as you can, such as the tool you were using, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots are always welcome.
Response time
We read every message and aim to reply within 1–2 business days. During busy periods it may occasionally take a little longer, but you will always receive a response. For urgent advertising or technical matters, you can also send a follow-up to the same address so it comes to our attention sooner.
Before you write
Many common questions are already answered on our tool pages. For example, if you are wondering why your IP appears on a blacklist or how to read DNS records, check the FAQ sections on the relevant tool page first — you may find what you need without waiting for a reply. If not, we're happy to help.
Please note that our tools run entirely in your browser, so we are not able to look up or debug an individual IP address for you. We can, however, help with how the tools work, report errors in the tools themselves, and answer questions about this website.
